Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Girly finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into your Girly account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
